解决方案

如果同时出现以上两个现象，说明使用命令行下载的时候，next主题下载网址不对，应该改成命令提示中的网站。

值得一提的是连next官网的指南和相当多的博客上的下载网址都是旧的，会出现以上错误，需要用命令行报错中的网站下载next。

下面是next文档教程里的截图，这个地址和大多数博客提供的地址一样，但显然没有更新，需要用新地址。
